4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4.2 Returns Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Certain products may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons
4.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
4.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty or incorrect, MGL will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
